Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please advise us at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment to avoid a penalty.  A 50% charge will be applied to the client credit card on file in the event that our cancellation policy is not met.  The cancellation notice can be given either via email (, phone (905-858-1111) or via Hair by Reema online booking system (if before the cancellation period).  This provides other clients an opportunity to take your appointment should you no longer be free to keep yours.  Credit card details are requested to secure all bookings and updated accordingly if the date expires.

If an appointment is missed without cancelling or rescheduling, you will be charged for the FULL COST of the appointment to the credit card on file.  At Hair by Reema, we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability.  In order to do so, all client appointments are confirmed approximately 5 days prior to the appointment via text message, email or both depending on your profile preference.  Please ensure your contact details are correct and up to date, as a non-contactable client may result in the appointment being cancelled.

Children Policy

Children are more than welcome to visit the salon for services as we also cater to children at Hair by Reema. However, if your child is not receiving a service we kindly ask that you do not bring your children to accompany you during your service. This is for their safety and allows your stylist to provide you with an amazing experience. Due to the size of our salon and how busy it can get, we cannot ensure their safety with hot tools, chemicals or sharp objects around. We thank you sincerely for understanding.

Entourage Policy

Please refrain from bringing friends and family along with you to your scheduled appointment. Hair by Reema is a cozy space with limited seating and can only accommodate scheduled clients.

Deposits & Payments

We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards at our salon.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy

At Hair by Reema, our goal is to ensure you leave looking and feeling your best. If your hair doesn’t meet your expectations, please inform us within 72 hours of your appointment, and we’ll gladly adjust your cut or color. Any necessary corrections must be scheduled within 10 days with your original stylist/colorist. Please note, refunds are not provided due to the nature of our services.
