Hair by Reema Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help. Our return policy gives you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

How to Return an Item

  • Items must be unopened and in their original condition.
  • Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
  • Let us know the reason for your return when you reach out.

To start a return, email us at info@hairbyreema.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions, including where to send your item. Please note that Hair by Reema does not cover return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@hairbyreema.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process the refund.
